GROUP classes

FLOW - You’ll find Warm Flow and Vinyasa Flow classes on our schedule. Both classes focus on breath awareness and alignment in order to help you move more deeply into your yoga experience. Although each instructor brings their own unique sequencing and style, all flow classes are built around sun salutations and breath to help center, lengthen, strengthen, and open you from head to toe. Simple modifications for all levels offered.

For warm flow classes, we like to add a little gentle, infrared heat for increased flexibility and a little help releasing toxins from the body as we move. Temperature for this class will hover right around 85 degrees.

YIN - Slow down and go deep with yin, in which you will hold gentle poses anywhere between 5-8 minutes each. This style of yoga is a great way to find healing while stretching the deeper connective tissue around the joints. Students are encouraged to breathe through these longer holds as they allow gravity to intensify the stretch slowly.

SIMPLY RESTORE - This class is made up of a few, gentle postures in which you are completely supported by props and encouraged to find ease and comfort. Restorative Yoga is known to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure and relaxes the entire body. Suitable for anyone looking to reduce stress, anxiety and worry, as well as increase clarity and accelerate the body’s natural healing process.

FLOW & RESTORE - Easy like Sunday morning! This is a lovely class offering flow, connection, and breath to ground and nurture all parts of the body. The hour will be split between 30 minutes of guided all-levels flow & 30 minutes of gentle relaxation to leave you feeling your best.

GENTLE YOGA - Students will be guided through a slower paced flow with gentle stretches. You'll also learn the many ways you can use props to enhance true alignment and find healing.

YOGA FLOW BASICS - This class is especially great for beginners or anyone healing from injury.





Private Yoga Instruction is a great way to personalize your practice and take it at your own pace. All of our instructors are certified and available for sessions.
