Through a structured story-telling process we will listen as a community, let go, heal from within, and connect. Stories lend a helping hand without telling us what to do or what to think. Release the past, integrate, and make room for what is to come. Space will be held for you, and you will hold space for others. Come as you are, it is safe to explore yourself here. Meditation and breath work will support you too.

Michelle Gordon, one of our regular yogis, will be your salonniere (guide), a seasoned storyteller and certified circle keeper, she will be there to guide you.

She believes:

– Storytelling is medicine.

– Our differences are our magic.

– We are our own teachers.

– We are ever evolving.

 

Circle Community Guidelines:

– Listen and speak from the heart.

– Only speak when you have the talking piece.

– Take the stories with you, leave the names behind. We take confidentiality very seriously.

– No advice or feedback at any time.

 

This offering will be held just after our 9:30 Vinyasa class, inviting you to come to the circle having just practiced and filling up your cup.
