NEW TO YOGA?

For your first visit, please arrive at the studio about 15 minutes before class. This will give you time to register at the front desk, fill out a waiver, and ask any questions you may have.

FAQs

Are we a hot yoga studio?

No, our classes are held comfortably around room temperature.

What should I bring?

All you need to practice yoga is yourself and a yoga mat! You may want to also bring a small towel and a water bottle.

How early should I arrive?

Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before classes (15-20 min before Aerial Yoga). Doors are locked upon the start of class. Please respect a session that has already begun and do not knock.

About that yoga mat…

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat. Using your own mat is more hygienic, plus it personalizes your practice, making it easier for you to build consistency and accountability. If you forgot yours, we have a few in the studio that are available to borrow.

What should I wear?

We suggest wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing that is not too baggy. Remove any jewelry during Aerial Yoga classes.

How much does it cost?

We offer a New Student Special that gives you 3 mat classes for $30! This is available to anyone who hasn’t been to the studio. A great way to get to know our teachers and find what class is the best fit for you. All other pricing options are listed on our Pricing page

Services: Unless otherwise noted, all drop-ins expire 1 month from date of purchase and class passes expire after 6 months from date of purchase. Membership options are for a single month or for recurring auto-payments. These operate on a month-to-month basis, meaning no contracts! Freeze or terminate your membership as needed. We do ask for courtesy of 2 weeks to 30 days notice when making membership updates.
