OUR MISSION

Our mission is to create space for a community looking for solace, self-actualization, and transformation through movement of the body and quieting of the mind.

We are a safe haven – promoting non-discrimination and non-judgement.

Women are caretakers of children and elders, gatekeepers to the home and community, and community leaders. However, we often neglect our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Indeed, many of us seldom go beyond basic self-care.

Modern circles seek to remember, revive, and reclaim the tradition of sharing collective knowledge and wisdom, healing, and building community. These safe spaces offer women a place to feel seen and heard. Indeed, our families and communities will heal when women in these circles heal. Join us this Saturday 4/13 at 11:00.

Events hosted by Yoga Inspired Raleigh this week. Through a structured story-telling process we will listen as a community, let go, heal from within, and connect. Stories lend a helping hand without telling us what to do or what to think. Release the past, integrate, and make room for what is to come. Space will be held for you, and you will hold space for others. Come as you are, it is safe to explore yourself here. Meditation and breath work will support you too. Join Grace to celebrate, release, and invite in new energy each month with a special event centered around the full moon. You can expect astrological meditation and breathwork, sound healing, tarot readings by Kate Johnson and Aimee Pattison of Mountain Tarot, a gentle yoga asana practice, and guided journaling for intention setting, manifestation, and releasing. This offering is perfect for individuals seeking to connect deeper to their innate celestial wisdom in a nourishing collective of like-minded souls.
