OUR MISSION

Our mission is to create space for a community looking for solace, self-actualization, and transformation through movement of the body and quieting of the mind.

We are a safe haven – promoting non-discrimination and non-judgement.

I love this yoga studio. I’ve tried the sound bath, aerial, gentle and vinyasa. I have loved them all! The teachers adjust and help as needed. The owner communicates when needed (leave a message for her to call you back). Highly recommend! ~ Jan M
