OUR MISSION

Our mission is to create space for a community looking for solace, self-actualization, and transformation through movement of the body and quieting of the mind.

We are a safe haven – promoting non-discrimination and non-judgement.

Local Raleigh resident and author, Georgia Homsany, brings wisdom from her recently released book, You’re Not Lazy: Change Your Words to Change Your Worth to share with us in this interactive workshop. Learn how reshaping the way you speak to yourself can bring out a whole new side of YOU! Feel free to purchase yourself a copy of the book prior to the workshop and have Georgia sign it for you. The workshop will last about 60 mins followed by a champagne social where you can put your new skills to use and mingle with others while getting your copy of the book signed by the author herself. www.georgiahomsany.com to purchase her book.

This all-levels class will include sound healing and pranayama to help soothe the nervous system as we navigate this crisis. You’re encouraged to bring donations such as gallons of water, batteries, non-perishable ready-made meals, contractor garbage bags, or cash, all of which will benefit our neighbors in Western NC. While donations are greatly appreciated, they are not required to attend—no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

If you are unable to attend but still wish to support, please consider donating directly to MANNA Food Bank (https://www.mannafoodbank.org/) or dropping off supplies at Yoga Inspired before or after any class through Tuesday, Oct 8.
